I only know Ibsen through crossword puzzles. I’ve never read any of his work. Plus, he was the first (and only) Norwegian writer that came to mind.

I was a drama major for a year, and was therefore forced to read some Ibsen. I read some in the fall semester and worked on a production of A Doll’s House in the spring semester. It's just as dreadful on stage as on the page.
